We believe that citizens can learn better if they have mental and emotional wellness, that’s why here you’ll learn how to identify, process and express emotions. Dr. Lyubromirsky of the University of California, believes that about our wellness can be 50% attributed to life circumstances and intentional efforts to become well, 10% of circumstantial variables and 40% is attributed to the individual’s intentional efforts to make wellness a priority.
