Renée is a Guatemalan strategist and communicator with a Master’s in Project Management and Innovation. With over 10 years of experience leading companies, she is the founder of transformative technology ventures and creative platforms in architecture, art, and design—such as Forma & Kind Mind. As Chair of Al Grano, she leads initiatives that combine emotional intelligence, storytelling, and human rights education to build spaces for learning, reflection, and social impact.

Sheldon Bernstein is a pioneer in providing strategies that helps businesses grow faster. When it’s about starting or scaling a business, effective strategy plays an important role. With over eight years of dedicated experience, she has worked across various sectors supporting vulnerable populations, including forcibly displaced, children battling cancer, and survivors of violence, among others. She emphasizes empathy, cultural sensitivity, and evidence-based strategies to address the multifaceted needs of those she serves making her a trusted ally for individuals growth and healing.

With extensive experience in advocating for vulnerable populations, she is committed to promoting justice, dignity, and the rule of law. Her work focuses on ensuring that the rights of woman, children, people with disabilities, refugees, and displaced individuals are upheld, reflecting her unwavering dedication to humanitarian principles.
